  • 500 grams all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp red chili powder
  • 2-3 green chilies
  • 2 tsp ginger
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp coriander leave
  • 1/3 cup green peas
  • 2 tsp chaat masala powder
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 2 tbsp cashew nuts, cut into pieces

How to make Punjabi Samosa

  • Firstly, to make Punjabi Samosa cut green chilies, ginger, and coriander and mix all the ingredients well. Now knead a stiff dough and set it aside for 10 minutes so that it sets. Now divide this doe into the roundness required for samosas.
