Ingredients for Maggi Hakka Noodles

  • A packet maggie
  • A cup of green, yellow and red bell pepper finely chopped
  • A carrot 
  • Onions in long slices
  • Beans 8-10 (finely chopped)
  • 1 cup cabbage finely chopped
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic finely chopped
  • Two teaspoons of soy sauce
  • Oil as required
  • One teaspoon Vinegar
  • One teaspoon Chili Sauce
  • Half a teaspoon pepper powder
  • Salt to taste


Method of Making Maggi Hakka Noodles

  • First of all, place the water in a large pot on low heat. When the water starts boiling add Maggi noodles, salt, and 2 teaspoons of oil to it.
  • Turn off the heat before the noodles are fully cooked and take it out in a sieve and wash it thoroughly with cold water.
  • Heat oil in a pan on high heat.
  • Add garlic and onion and fry for 1 minute, then add all the chopped vegetables and fry them while stirring continuously for about 2-3 minutes.
  • Now add noodles to it.
  • Add soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, salt, pepper powder, and mix well.
  • Fry while stirring for 1 to 2 minutes and turn off the heat.
  • Hakka noodles are ready.
